Opening Prayer
Lord, give me the opportunity to name myself
once again a Christian, to make a decision for you, in every action, every word
I speak, every attitude I represent.
Today, you claim me. May I honor
you and glorify you in this time of worship.
May I be sustained in your loving presence. Amen.

Our
Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be
done on earth as it is in heaven. Give
us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those
who trespass against us. Lead us not
into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for Thine is the kingdom, and the
power and the glory forever. Amen.

Sunday this summer. If you can volunteer
for one or two Sundays this summer, the children would really appreciate
it. It’s easy, very low key and
relaxed. You will not need to prepare a
lesson. It is simply a safe, loving place for the younger kids to go while
their parents go to church. Sign-up on
the sheet located in the stairwell outside the kindergarten room. ALSO,
needed is a coordinator to prepare sign-up sheets for
parent volunteers/sign-in sheets to use on Sunday and make sure snack &
craft supplies are available. If you can help in any way, contact Laura Nelson
