Opening
Prayer
Awesome
God, your steadfast love endures always even when we doubt your
Risen-ness in our lives. As we celebrate the promise of Easter, remind
us that our lives can and will be totally transformed, just as Thomas was, by
the evidence and witness of your gift of life.
May our worship today reflect our transformed lives. Amen.
Anthem Christ, Whose Glory Fills the Skies F. Candlyn
Pastoral Prayer & Lord’s Prayer
Our Father who
art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on
earth as it is in heaven. Give us this
day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who
trespass against us. Lead us not into
temptation, but deliver us from evil, for Thine is the kingdom, and the power
and the glory forever. Amen.
