ä St. Paul’s UMYF will host a congregational Lasagna Luncheon (with salad, bread and dessert) as both a fund-raiser for their summer trip, and to honor both Boy and Girl Scouts.  Any youth or adult in a (Boy or Girl) Scout uniform will EAT FOR FREE!

Come, journey back to the sights and sounds of an Afghan village from 30 years ago.  Join us for a book signing – Children Kept From the Sun: Excerpts from an Afghan Journal written by Frances Garrett Connell.  Sunday, March 5th, 1:30 p.m. in the Octagon.

 

St. Paul’s youth wish to thank the congregation for their generous support of our SOUPerbowl Sunday collection for the hungry in Montgomery Count.  $312.15 has been sent to Bethesda Helps.

 

We are currently forming our 2006 Confirmation Class for 7th graders and older.  Invitations have been sent to those known to us who are eligible.  Please communicate your response to Rick Buckingham this week (ricklby@yahoo.com) so that he knows how many to expect for the Tuesday evening class that begins on February 21st.
